    Hi,

    I have met the situation as title.

    However, it seems caused by the InDesign layout with Multiple Records.

    My question is in some simple layouts, it works fine. But it occurs with different layout provided.

    The placeholders are all green checkmark.

    BTW, I would like to use spreads as it is for a book (with MR).

    Did you update to the latest version? There was a known bug with Multiple records/Layout provided.

    Go to MyDataMerge Menu > Check for updates

    Then please report if this resolved your issue.

    Yes. I’ve updated to 1.6.13(11931) today but the issue is still exist.

    Hi there

    Could you please go to MyDataMerge Menu > File > Package and include layout with fonts, datasource, project.

    If it is sensitive data you may replace the data in the datasource file with dummy data (except the titles) before sending us the package to support@toolboxcode.com

    According the “Allow empty” issue – I will forward this to our testers.

    Next version we release will be 1.6.14. I’ll let you know when it’s released. Then we can close this ticket.
