    Hi, I’m having issues opening the app or any saved merge files at all.

    I’m running MacOS Ventura 13.6.3 and when I try to launch the app, the toolbar icon bounces but is immediately not responding. The top toolbar menu is not useable so I can’t check for updates, I’m only presented with the spinning wheel cursor and the app home screen doesn’t load at all.

    Last time I used it successfully on this computer, I believe I would have been running Ventura 13.6.2

    Hi Caitlin

    This usually isn’t dramatic so don’t worry.

    In most of the time communication with InDesign or Excel got messed up.

    So here is what helps:

    Restart your machine WITHOUT having the checkbox ticked in the shutdown dialog.

    Open InDesign and Excel before opening MyDataMerge and make sure no modal window is opened in both e.g. the creative cloud login window.

    This should solve it
