I’ve got a ten-page INDD file with two merge fields (both text from a datasource). The file contains several hyperlinks (none of which are merge fields). When I export to Interactive PDF, only the first page is exported. If I export to standard PDF, all ten pages are exported (and all merge fields look as expected), but of course the hyperlink functionality is not present.
Any idea why this might be happening with the Interactive PDF? I’ve tried changing settings for the Interactive PDF, but nothing I change there impacts the export–I’m still only getting the first page. Is this a known limitation?

Thanks for getting in touch.
We will test this behaviour with raw data and get back to you.
It is not a known limitation.

I got this sorted out this morning. It turns out the Export to Interactive PDF setting within my instance of InDesign was set to export a range of only Page 1. Once I changed that setting (and manually exported one file), I returned to MyDataMerge and everything worked as expected.
Hopefully this detail can help others troubleshoot in the future. Thanks for jumping in to help test on this one.
Best,
Ryan
