    I am unable to export to an Interactive PDF. Progress bar is stuck at 25%. An export to InDesign works but it doesn’t create a hyperlink, only a URL as text.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    No worries we’ll figure this out.

    First of all make sure you got the most recent version of MyDataMerge.

    Then do a full restart of your mac (without having the checkbox ticked in the shutdown dialog – this is important). Most of the times stucked communication between Indesign and MyDataMerge is solved this way.

    Hi Blair,

    we found an issue with exporting interactive PDFs in the current version of InDesign. We’re currently looking into it. This might affect you.
    I’ll keep you updated. Should be solved soon.
