Removal of E-Mail function!

Due to changes in Apple Mails connection interface from OSX 10.10 and above and the fact that this function is only used by less then 2% of our users, we will go back to the roots and focus on bulk generating documents.

From Version 0.85.7 and above we will remove the email function from MyDataMerge. Version 0.85.6 will be the last version supporting it
