Create different types of colored QR-Codes right from your database.
MyDataMerge allows you to affect elements that are not part of the actual data merge.

MyDataMerge grows with the needs of its customers. Just leave a feature request in the forum right here.
MyDataMerge makes file handling easy. It imports and scans Adobe® InDesign® files, automatically adapts changes on imported files and offers the possibility to connect layout placeholders with datasource content in just one click (Autolink feature).
It supports drag and drop import for your Excel® or CSV database with different import options. From Excel® files it even imports and keeps linebreaks in cells! For CSV files it supports different kinds of delimiters and text encodings to fit your needs perfectly.
With MyDataMerges project feature, you can save your progress at any time and even change layouts or datasource, but keep your configurations. It also has a built in packaging feature that eliminates all weakness from Adobe® InDesigns® packaging, allowing you to pack everything – really everything – necessary to pass the project to someone else (including images linked in your datasource).
Extending the data merge of Adobe® InDesign® is the real power of MyDataMerge. It let’s you export to InDesign documents, PDFs, interactive PDFs or CSV files and more. Choose between one document per record, all records in one document or split your records to custom documents e.g. 500 records per document – this is a huge advantage when data merging large databases.
But not enough, you can build custom filenames as you like, with counting numbers, content from your datasource or completely different and customized with a script. Filter your records with easily configurable rules (no programming skills required) or sort them (e.g. “Last name”, ascending order) before the merge.
If you like to continue using Adobe® InDesign®’s data merge manually, you can use MyDataMerge to organize, restructure and fix (missing fields) your database – then you can export a perfect InDesign compatible data merge CSV file. Let MyDataMerge find issues within your database and help you solve them with ease to flawlessly continue your data merge experience.
