Layout provided

Applicable situations

  • You have a layout document with one or more pages, multiple equal sets in a grid you want to fill with data.

Note: If you do not have equal sets of data and need more freedom in placing your records, read more about the expert mode.

Working with groups

Setup your document

  • Prepare the first group with every placeholder you need:

  • Group everything and duplicate (or copy/paste) it as often as you want to have it on the page. The original will be the first to receive data, the first duplicate will be the second one, the second duplicate will be the third one… and so on. Keep this in mind when ordering groups.

You may add more groups on other pages of the document.
