    I recently updated version 2.1.9. This is when i began experiencing the crashing. The most recent update was working flawlessly.

    It kept opening up an error regarding workfolder access. I tried everything to give it access, but it didn’t seem to work. I read the new version notes and decided it might only work on Sonoma, so i updated my mac software.

    After installing, i managed it get everything working properly up until i hit the “Check data & export” button, then it just crashes. I don’t really know what else to do.

    I use it to download & export images from web links and place them into an indesign layout, then export to PNG. It has worked flawlessly for almost a year now just up. until the new update.

    I believe the application sent the crash reports over

    Hi Joseph

    There is a glitch in the newest update and we took it down from the website immediately. Please download a copy from the website (which is 2.1.8) and just overwrite your existing one.

    A new update will follow. Sorry for any inconvenience!
