I’ve create a indd file with 3 placeholders: IMG_BIO (image), IMG01 (image) and BIOGRAFIA (text). Placeholders list preferences was filled with “IMG” but when I click in Autolink all placeholders are as Replace with text and I will have to change it manually… I used to get “replace with Image” automatically. Any suggestion?

    Hi ewoelke

If you like MyDataMerge to detect your data fields as images you have to add them by exact name in the preferences:

Instead of IMG add “IMG_BIO,IMG01 ” and that should do it.

Adding a * as wildcard is a good idea – I will add that to the feature list.

    Hi!

I thought it already worked as a wildcard lol.

    Thanks for your answer.
