    I am looking for a way to fully automate a data merge & export.

    I would like merge & export to happen when a new .csv is added to a folder, or a new line is added to an excel spreadsheet.

    Hurdles:

    Right now if I unlink and link to a new .csv, I lose all settings even if the .csv is formatted exactly the same.
    Clicking Export is manual
    There is a dialog box to choose an export folder each time a file is exported (verses a file path selected once)

    This program is really close to what I need, I would love to find a solution via scripting or automator!

    Hi leslie

    If you have changes in your datasource, MyDataMerge will update it or ask for an update (while your project is open).

    Instead of unlink the datasource you can just drag and drop the new file to replace it.

    Currently it is not possible to automatically start an export
