Hello
I tried exporting PDF files that contain generated QR codes from excel, but I received the following message
Internal error: Could not merge data records. If this error persists, please contact our support
I investigated the issue and discovered that it only works when the “Optimize QR-Codes for prints”option is enabled. However, when I disable this option (like i usually do), the program does not generate the QR codes at all, which causes the export process to fail. I confirmed this by checking the folder (link) that the program generates, and I found that the QR code images were missing2025-05-11 at 6:50 pm #20789PatStaffHi Yousef
This error can have a lot of reasons.
Do you merge black qrcodes? Colored ones? Do your frames have a background color set?

2025-05-11 at 7:17 pm #20791YousefCustomerYes I merge black qrcodes only.
Frames doesn’t have any background color because it’s already designed with PS like this
It used to works without any error in version 2.2
2025-05-11 at 7:32 pm #20792PatStaffPlease give the frame a white background color. Then another QR-Code generation type will be used. If the same error appears again it most likely depends on the input data. Then we can take the next step.

I did as requested, but the problem still persists. I believe the issue lies with the current version 2.2.2, because when I downloaded the previous version 2.2, the QR code was exported without any problems.2025-05-12 at 6:30 am #20798PatStaffI’ll check what was changed.
