    Hello,

I just purchased and dowloaded software. I activated the license on my machine and then imported a CSV. Then I imported a INDD and MyDataMerge Crashed.

I went to reopen and now it is asking for a product license. When I type the license number in it says this machine is already licensed.

MyDataMerge is unable to import a INDD without crashing.

I am pulling the files and the data from a SMB file share server and I am running Mac OS 11.0 Beta.

    Hi Stephen and welcome aboard.

We’re sorry to hear about your issues.
First issue – your license and activation. I’ve resetted the activation for you so now you should be able to activate as usual. Please activate and then restart MyDataMerge immidiately. The activation window shouldn’t pop up again.

Second issue – unfortunately we don’t support unofficial releases (beta). Please try it with the latest official release of macOS (10.15.). (Didn’t you test it with the free version before purchase?)

    Regards

    Pat,

Thank you for the quick reply.

I was able to reactivate but it crashed and is doing the same thing.

I did not try the trial version as this is a job is a big.

I understand that you do not support the beta release. Are there any crash logs that I can share with you guys to improve your program for the new release coming out in Fall 2020. Also is there any beta testing of you software?

    Thanks,

    Stephen

    Pat,

    Thank you.

Yes please add me to the list!

So I would love to send you the crash report but when the software crashes it does not register it has crashed.

    Hi Stephen,

The crash reporter should pop up on next start. May i or one of the teamcontact you by email for further details and questions not to be discussed in public?

Do you have a Catalina (10.15) installation to get your job done?

    Regards

    Pat
