    The IT team helped me uninstall Sophos. I deleted MyDataMerge and redownloaded/reinstalled again and I’m still receiving the same error.

    I am sorry to tell you that identifying an issue that must be local (we never received a feedback like this before) is out of the scope of our support.

    We already excluded the common scenarios. Rest is searching a needle in a haystack.

    I deleted Sophos and I’m still getting the same error. Is there a chance I could speak with someone live some how? I’d really really love to be able to use this app.

    As we already stated this is most probably out of our range.
