I mentioned this issue on here beforehand, and you responded that it was:  ‘on the roadmap to save a placeholders setup as preset and allow to bulk apply it to others. But at the moment you’re right, you have to edit each single one.’

I wondered if this was still the case?

I have a mixture of image placeholders that come from direct paths and those that need to be downloaded from a url, but the majority are download, so i’d like to be able to toggle this as the automatic setting.
