    Dear Support Team,

    I am getting this Error Code saying: “Internal error: Could not apply object/image style for one or more frames. Please do not use generated documents. If this error persists, please contact our support.[Fehlercode 404406]” Can you help? I submitted via Feedback. I already rebooted and restarted InDesign as well.

    What else can I do? It throws the error while processing after a few files. Chech went without error.

    Hi Sebastian

    A note at the beginning: we are currently in vacation time so the team is reduced and reaction speed might be slower than expected or used to.

    Thank you for also submitting log files. We have checked them and can tell you that the error appears on applying styling options to an image frame.

    For reproduction:

    Make a copy of your project file first.

    Use the copy.

    Please check all placeholders setup where an image goes into if styling is activated (brush icon is green then).

    Deactivate styling on each.

    Try to run the merge, see if the error happens.

    Dear Pat,

    you can close the topic or mark it as solved. I found out what happened. In my File was a URL not reachable so it throw the error. Sorry could have find out earlier.
