    Hoping someone can advise me on this. Every time I set my export running I get about 10-15 records in and it stops with this error code. The data is all consistent and there is nothing that I can see that makes the records it fails on that is different. When I restart the merge it will start fine and merge the record that it stopped at previously. I am outputting directly to a google drive location, but I can’t see that being an issue else it would have fallen over straight away.

    Hi Nick,

    thank you for getting in touch. Please do the following:

    1. Post the error code returned and post the content of MyDataMerge menu > Help > Diagnostics
    2. Please do restart your whole machine and try again.
    3. Also try not to save to a synched drive as this will sometimes block files while synching. Let me know if this helps.

    If the above doesn’t help do the following:

    1. Reproduce the error
    2. Right after it pops up go to MyDataMerge menu > Help > Send Feedback
    3. Write down your E-Mail and post a note and tick the checkbox (important part). Then we’ll receive the log files to dig into
