    Hi,

    I’m getting this error when im trying to export;
    An internal error appeared. If this error persists, please contact our support.
    <span class=”errorcode”>[Error code 404032]</span>

    Hi Sjors and welcome to our forum

    please do the following two things:

    1. Reproduce the error and right after that got to menu > help > send feedback, fill out the form (post a link to this thread) and – this is important – tick the checkbox. Then we will receive an error log that contains more detailed info on the issue
    2. Goto menu > help > diagnostics and copy paste that content here

    Error 404032 is basically an error that appears outside the scope of MyDataMerge. But checking the log file we usually can help you to identify the issue fast.

    Thank you for providing the error log / Feedback. The error appears within InDesign:

    Error encountered while reading image. Image may be damaged or incompatible. Resave the image with different settings and try again.

    Unfortunately we cannot see which image caused this. Please inspect your images and re-save them. This should solve the issue.
