    Hi,

    I’m getting this error when im trying to export;
    An internal error appeared. If this error persists, please contact our support.

    Hi Diane

    Thanks for getting in touch. Please do the following:

    Right after the issue appears, send us Feedback:

    • Go to Menu > Help > Send Feedback
    • Enter a name, email and some text
    • Tick the checkbox to send us the log files (important!)

    Then we’ll check what caused this error.

    The number tells us it’s happening on Adobes side but no worries – we’ll find out with your help
