    Hello! I am getting this error when trying to run my merge – I’m not sure which fields it relates to as I didn’t apply styles within MyDataMerge.

    Internal error: Could not apply object/image style for one or more frames. Please do not use generated documents. If this error persists, please contact our support.
    [Error code 404406]

    Further to the above, I was able to get around the error by ticking ‘Setup additional data merge tags manually’ and then continuing the merge when the option appeared.

    Hi Caitlin

    We will have a closer look. Disable the manual tags setup and run it the normal way

    Right after the issue appears, send us Feedback:

    • Go to Menu > Help > Send Feedback
    • Enter a name, email and some text
    • Tick the checkbox to send us the log files (important!)

    Apologies, I’ve since made some adjustments and am now unable to replicate the error! Is it okay if I send feedback in the future if I have the issue again, or do I need to open a support request again first?
