    I’m brand new to this and trying to setup some jobs I regularly do but not off to a great start.

    I have a data file with name and address fields these load in fine but there are 2 image fields with file names in them that won’t load at all. Then I get a merge error if I try without them.

    I routinely do this thru InDesigns Data Merge without issue!

    Welcome aboard! Please do the following:

    Please let me know the error message and number

    If the log opens you can open the messages to get more detailed info. Usually a path to an image isn’t correct. Check this: https://mydatamerge.com/knowledge-base/log/  (section “working with the log”)

    Additionally you can click through the preview in the image field to check your setup. Check this https://mydatamerge.com/knowledge-base/preview/
