    Hi

    In MDM autolink for my images works fine, I even see the preview, no error messages on export. In the exported indd or pdf, images are not there. Placeholder is <<image>>

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    A few questions:

    1. Are you using the newest version?
    2. Do you merge images from a local HD, Network folder or with URL (download)?
    3. If local or network: Are the image pathes in the datasource given like this path:to:image (htfs) or like this path/to/image (posix)

    Could you please copy the images folder to a local HD, set the path to this folder and tell me if it works?

    Hi Marcel

    we clearly identified the issue.

    Adobe did pretty quietly drop HFS pathes (some:path:to:file) that was standard in its data merge for YEARS and changed it to posix paths (some/path/to/file).
    We added support for the newest InDesign versions and this should solve it.

    We will roll out a hotfix today.
