Good Morning,

Yesterday I got this message but a restart helped, this time not.

An internal error appeared. If this error persists, please contact our support.
[Error code 404032]

I read in the forum that I should send it through help, so I did.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi luca
We already identified the error but not what triggered it.

To further break this down please do the following

• Please make a copy of the project file (mdm) before proceeding
• Replace the datasource in the project with dummy data you can download on our website Here
• Reconnect the placeholders to any of the data columns of the dummy datasource
• Export again

Does it work?

Hi Pat,

yes, it worked with the dummy data.

In my CSV file one column in a really long text with lots of breakpoints. That is the reason why I will need MyDataMerge. Maybe it helps solve the problem.

Thank you

Luca

Hi Luca,

so here’s how we got it to work.

Open your file in a Text editor. Select a linebreak like this

Screenshot-2023-03-03-at-19-56-37

Copy it. Hit CMD+F and paste it in the search bar. Replace it with #LINEBREAK# so it looks like this

Screenshot-2023-03-03-at-19-58-52

Then it is important to select “Sanitize” in the Settings of CSV import – this will remove “” before and after the answer

Side Note: For autolink to work for images remove the @ for the image in your CSV so “@CoverPhoto” becomes “CoverPhoto”. Only in your Layout it is “@CoverPhoto” to indicate its an image. Then this will Autlink correctly.

Linebreaks in a CSV will break the CSV. So we implemented some keywords to replace them. You may choose #LINEBREAK# for a hard return or #SOFTLINEBREAK# for a soft return.

I added it to a feature list to detect them automatically and also replace them automatically on import.

Regards, Pat
