    Hi,

    I’ve had two totally different merges with different InDesign and data files give me this error message:
    “An internal error appeared. If this error persists, please contact our support.
    <span class=”errorcode”>[Error code 404032]”</span>

    Is there a common issue that causes this?

    Hi Jessica

    Right after the issue appears, please send us Feedback:

    • Go to Menu > Help > Send Feedback
    • Enter a name, email and some text
    • Tick the checkbox to send us the log files (important!)

    This error is pretty Broad so we need to have a closer look.

    I sent one when it happened yesterday, but I just tried the merge again and sent another.
