    Good Morning,

    After the first export, I got this message:

    An internal error appeared. If this error persists, please contact our support.
    <span class=”errorcode”>[Error code 404032]</span>

    I read in the forum that I should send it through help, but I can’t seem to find any menu with a “help” button.

    Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi Luca,

    and welcome aboard. We’ll get things sorted together, no worries :)
    Thank you for previously searching in the forum – this error is an error InDesign sends us that we do not catch yet directly.

    Please do the following:

    • Right after the error appears in MyDataMerge go to MyDataMerge menu > help > Send Feedback
    • Fill in your E-Mail used on the website here , add some text and – important! – tick the checkbox to include the log data. Then we will receive it and can have a look

    After I enabled automatic error sending and restarted MyDataMerge the problem disappeard.

    Glad it resolved automatically:)

    Restarting InDesign and/or MyDataMerge is always a good starting point.
