    Hello,

    My employee is having the errors come up when she hits the import button the two following errors come up:

    An unknown error occured. and Internal error: Could not merge data records. If this error persists, please contact our support.

     

    We have tried everything in our power to fix the problem with no luck.  We have uninstalled the app and removed it from the container folder and restarted the Mac with no luck some problem.

     

    At this point we are needing some help as she is falling behind with her workload.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Kevin

    Right after the issue appears, send us Feedback:

    • Go to Menu > Help > Send Feedback
    • Enter a name, email and some text
    • Tick the checkbox to send us the log files (important!)
