    Hi,

    It keeps asking me every 5 mins for my activation key.  The computer is saying on my device management on the Mydatamerge site that that computer is activated but on the computer side the program keeps asking me to active the key like I said every couple of minutes.  I have removed the computer from the website side and reconnected it and it still keeps asking me to activate the license.

     

    Any help would be great.

    Hi Kevin
    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Please ensure:
    1. You have restarted your mac without having the checkbox ticked in the shutdown dialog
    2. You have the latest version
    3. Your app is located in the apps folder

    Additionally go to MyDataMerge menu > help > diagnostics and send me the content

    Did all of the following and here is the data report

    I deactivated both devices in our systems.

    Please do the following

    • Quit MyDataMerge
    • Open a finder window and press CMD + SHIFT + G which opens the “go to” window
    • Copy/Paste the following path and press return:
      ~/Library/Containers/com.toolboxcode.mydatamerge/Data/Library/Application Support
    • Delete the folder “MyDataMerge” (note this also will delete the bookmarks of the last used files)
    • Restart MyDataMerge
    • Try registering again

    Ok, thank you we have mad the following steps and we will see if it asks ups to activate over and over.

    Ok, yes let’s please do 4pm your time which I believe is 9am my time on Thursday.  What is the email you will be sending the invite from?  It might be easier for me to send the invite to your team.
