    Hello,

    It has been doing this for a long time.  It keeps asking me all the time for my activation key with is preloaded when it asks.  I just have to keep hitting the active button.  Is there something I can do to fix this problem?

    Hi Kevin
    sorry for the delay due to easter holidays.

    We’ll get things sorted. First i recommend doing a complete uninstall.

    1. Move the App to Trash and delete it
    2. Go to your userfolder, press CMD + Shift + .  to show hidden files/folders.
    3. Go into /Library/Containers – locate folder “MyDataMerge” and completely delete it (trash + delete) – might require your password.
    4. Restart
    5. Download a fresh copy from mydatamerge.com and reinstall it.
    6. Try again
