    MyDataMerge is claiming that I have no placeholders when I definitely do, the file was merged before.  Cant get it to recognize any of my valid placeholders even thought they are surrounded by << and >>.  Also it keeps asking me to refresh my membership every 5 minutes.

    thanks for getting in touch.

    First of all let’s adress the (annoying) behavior of refreshing the membership:

    • Did you already restart your computer?
    • Please make sure you have the latest version downloaded and installed
    • If it still appears please send me your license key and click “Set as private reply” above the submit button

    thank you for the quick response.  I am pretty sure it is the newest version.  I will restart my computer and see if it helps.

    i cannot find the folder in /users

    Are you in

    /Users/[YOUR USERNAME]/Library/Containers/

    And you cannot find the folder

    com.toolboxcode.mydatamerge  ?

    Or can’t you find the folder “library” inside the folder

    /Users/[YOUR USERNAME]/

    In the last case please try this:

    In the Finder, hold down the Option key when using the Go menu. Library will appear below the current user’s home directory.

    From there you can navigate as usual.

    What about the other things recommended?
