Hi on Thursday 3/27/25 I lost connection to excel for no reason. I didn’t change anything it just stopped connecting. We use Mydatamerge to run a large marketing department and this has stopped all production. I REALLY NEED ASSISTANCE
I have uninstalled both mydatamerge and excel and reinstalled. Did not work but know it keeps asking me every couple of minutes to activate my license key so now I have a new problem.
I have followed all of the steps in the other post with no luck.
Could someone please give me a call?

It suddenly stopped working – did you Upgrade your macOS or Excel?
Please give me the details Shown in MyDataMerge Menu > Help > Diagnostic
Your other issue:
If MyDataMerge requests every Minute it most probably cannot save the license information to your computer. Please right after the request appears go to MyDataMerge Menu > help > Send Feedback and tick the checkbox (important). In the textfield write a reference to this post e.g. URL. Let me know once done.
