    Hi, I have used MyDataMerge a lot, and I am trying to export only 247 files with photos, there has been no movement on the progress bar and it has been running for an hour. when I click the show the clipboard in the upper right corner, it shows that things are being done but no files are being created. can someone help?

    Hi Braelynn

    1. Is there a document created at all?
    2. Are you using photo Download or from local storage or from network storage or from an icloud drive?
    3. Can you send us the logfiles? Right after the merge (or right after cancelling it) go to menu > help > Send Feedback (don’t forget to hit the checkbox)

    It has been running over an hour and only one document gets created.

    I am using links to urls that are downloaded into a folder so they should pull from that folder.

    I just sent over the feedback.

    Hi Braelynn

    It seems that the image URLs in your datasource do not link to image files but to a Server side code that itself loads the image. It will display in the browser but wont download (as the image itself has another url!). This is not supported.

    Let’s check this:

    Please change the download folder in your image placeholder setup to a folder of your choice and start the process again.

    Do images appear in the folder?

    Additionally try to use (just for testing reasons) a real image url ending with a real image file /someimage.jpg in the first datasource row

    Does this image appear in the folder?

    Hi Pat,

    Circling back on this, this is also occurring with files that don’t have any photos. Is there a reasoning behind this??

    Hi Pat,

    I have been trying this work flow again with a different data set and excel list. It is able to create 5 files but no other ones. I have been using the same URL links in previous projects, was this part of a new update?

    Hi Braelynn,

    we didn’t touch URL downloads in the last updates.
    Please follow the recommendations from my previous (private) post to get some progress in this case.
