    Hi there,

    I can’t seem to select the type of QR code in Placeholders > Edit ‘qrcode’ > QR-Code — I want to select URL from the dropdown but it won’t change from Text. What am I doing wrong? Or what could be preventing this?

    Hi again Pat, I’ve just noticed that now I only have two options on the dropdown — Replace with text and Keep empty — the QR code option isn’t there.

    Here are my diagnostics:

    MyDataMerge 1.6.8.1 (11924)
    Adobe InDesign 2021 (16.0.1.109)
    OSX (10.15.7)
    MacBookPro15,1

    QR-Codes are ONLY enabled if the text frame is a square and only contains the placeholder.

    Example: https://mydatamerge.com/knowledge-base/replace-with-qr-code/

    Please check if these requirements are met.
