I’m unable to generate images because of an error that occurred after updating my iOS. Here are the issues I’m facing:
Fonts loaded from Adobe Cloud at runtime were detected. Please ensure all fonts are either installed on the system or activated before opening the document.
Additional missing fonts (not from Adobe Cloud) were found:

2025-03-24 at 12:30 am #20680PatStaffYou most probably have activated cloud fonts. The issue here is that indesign does activate these fonts once a document opens that requires them. But unfortunately indesign does not send a notification if and when they are loaded successfully.
If MyDataMerge opens a document it checks for cloud loaded fonts and throws an error. The one you just posted. Because it doesn’t how long to wait for these fonts because it can’t check the status (adobe doesn’t allow).
So we better throw an error forcing local installation instead of merging with Arial or other placeholders used.
Solution is:
Cloud fonts:
Download the fonts and locally install them via creative cloud app. If that doesn’t help you should switch off “auto loading” of fonts from the cloud in your preferences.
Mukta Mahee:
This fonts seems to be used in your document but cannot be found in your system. Open the document go to the replace fonts menu (under edit) search for the font and either a) load it properly in your system or b) replace it with another one if it is not needed

2025-03-24 at 12:41 pm #20681Joseph MedinaCustomerThank you! Could you please let me know which version I should download for macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81) to ensure successful file generation? Also, should the versions of MyDataMerge and InDesign match?

2025-03-26 at 7:52 am #20687Joseph MedinaCustomerHi Pat! Thanks so much. Could you please share the link for Adobe InDesign? When I downloaded InDesign on my end, I couldn’t find the “MANUAL PRESET UNINET.indd” file that’s needed to generate the order. If possible, could you also provide a quick video on how to download it? I’d really appreciate it since I need this to work ASAP. Thanks again!

This is not possible.
Each MyDataMerge Projects consists of
- 1 MyDataMerge Project file
- 1 of YOUR InDesign files
- 1 of YOUR datasource files (xlsx or csv)
The last two come from your end. And if the MyDataMerge project file requests the InDesign file you must deliver it. Its not part of our Software at all.

2025-03-28 at 7:13 pm #20693Joseph MedinaCustomerHi, this issue remains unresolved. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. I have both MyDataMerge and InDesign downloaded, but when I search for “MANUAL PRESET UNINET.indd,” in my Finder (mac) I still cannot find it. Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling MyDataMerge? Thank you in advance for your help!

2025-03-28 at 10:47 pm #20695PatStaffHi Joseph. MyDataMerge does not have or use any InDesign files except the one the user imports – like this. It is the one coming from your project or which might be linked within the project. There is nothing we can do here – handling of your files is out of our range.
Didn’t you create the project?
Regards
Pat
