    Additionally – AFTER your tried above – you can reset all permissions you gave our App with this terminal command:

    tccutil reset AppleEvents com.toolboxcode.mydatamerge

    Open Terminal, copy paste and run.
    Then launch the app again and send another log.

    **URGENT**

    THE LINK DOES NOT WORK … IT COMES UP PAGE NOT FOUND?

    Any progress on this? If you have the possibility – try it on another mac, if it works there it most likely is a local issue.

    Note: We’re on vacation beginning from next week (14 days) and have (heavily) reduced response times.

    Because of time constraints I had to process the job manually and it’s quite big so I am in the process of doing this.

    Once I have completed the job I’ll run further tests and come back to you.

    I’m keen to help get the issue resolved and the software functioning so I’ll try your fixes.

    Hi Rob

    Were running out of ideas as we could not reproduce it on no single test machine.

    Can you try it on another mac?

    Do you have that possibility?

    Hi all,

     

    I am having the same problem and really need help getting this fixed as fast as possible.  This system runs out marketing department and jobs are at a holt.  I have done all the steps listed above as well.

    I am also having a problem that only on my wifi I can not go to your website on any device.  This all started on Thursday 3/27/25

     

    Please HELP ASAP!
